1. Role of These Rules
These Platform Rules supplement the Terms of Service. For enforcement details, these Rules prevail; for education-business liability allocation and platform-tool disclaimers, Chapters 12 and 17 of the Terms prevail.
Hanxi provides software tools only. It does not operate training businesses and does not adjudicate tuition, refund, or teaching-quality disputes between organizations and trainees.

2. Principles
Lawful use · Truthful information · Security · Child protection · Organization users bear training-business consequences.
3. Violation Levels
Minor — warnings, content removal, limits on non-core features.
Moderate — unpaid fees after notice, account sharing risks, refusal to verify — may result in feature suspension or temporary freeze.
Severe — illegal activity, system attacks, data theft, serious false advertising involving Hanxi — may result in permanent ban, termination, reporting to authorities, damages and liquidated damages under the Terms.
4. Process
Hanxi may act on complaints, monitoring, risk controls, or lawful requests. Urgent risks may be mitigated first. Appeals: coach_lv@jcppc.net.
5. Organization Users
Maintain lawful qualifications, truthful marketing, guardian consent for children, and staff access control. Tuition does not flow through Hanxi.
6. Trainee Users
Resolve training disputes with the organization (or via regulators/courts). Hanxi may provide limited technical help for accounts but does not decide disputes or prepay claims.
