Introduction
【Please Read Carefully】 Welcome to GrowingX (organization app) and GrowingX Go (trainee app) (collectively, the "Software" or "Service")!
This Agreement is between you and Chengdu Hanxi Technology Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," or "Hanxi"). Please read all terms carefully, especially those limiting or excluding our liability. By registering, logging in, downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
If you are under 18, read this Agreement with your legal guardian and use the Service only with their consent. If you are under 14, your guardian must register, log in, and use the Service on your behalf, and must agree to this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and the Children's Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Scope of Agreement
1.1 Parties
This Agreement governs your use of the Service. "User" means any individual or organization that registers for or uses the Software. "Organization User" means a training institution and its authorized staff using GrowingX. "Trainee User" means an individual using GrowingX Go, including minors and their guardians.
1.2 Related Documents
This Agreement includes published rules, policies, and notices we may issue from time to time. Conflicts are resolved in favor of this Agreement unless a separate written commercial contract states otherwise.
1.3 Acceptance
Completing registration or using the Service constitutes acceptance of this Agreement in full.
2. About the Service
2.1 Service Description
GrowingX provides SaaS management for training organizations (campuses, staff, trainees, courses, scheduling, orders, finance, analytics). GrowingX Go provides trainee-facing features (timetables, training records, check-in, events, profile). We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at our discretion with reasonable notice where practicable.
2.2 License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Software on your devices. You may not sublicense, sell, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works except as permitted by law or our written consent.
2.3 Updates
We may update the Software without prior notice to improve security and functionality. Older versions may cease to work.
3–5. Download, Installation, and Updates
Obtain the Software only from https://jcppc.net or authorized channels. Install the correct version for your device. You may uninstall at any time; uninstalling does not release you from obligations already incurred. We may deliver updates automatically.
6. Personal Information Protection
We protect personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Organization Users processing minor trainee data must comply with the Children's Privacy Policy and obtain verifiable guardian consent.
7. Key Rights and Obligations
7.1 Accounts
- Account ownership belongs to Hanxi; users receive limited usage rights.
- Function accounts: sub-accounts created by organization administrators for staff; the organization is responsible for all actions.
- Organization accounts: represent the training institution; the registrant must have authority to bind the organization.
- Trainee accounts: for learning features only; minors under 14 require guardian involvement.
- Keep credentials secure. Notify us immediately of suspected unauthorized use.
7.2 User Notices
You bear costs of data traffic. We strive to protect stored data but do not guarantee against deletion failures, storage limits, or permanent deletion after service termination. You assume risks from network instability, device mismatch, third-party sites, and content resharing.
7.3 Organization Data, Session Consumption, and Fees
Financial metrics may use different definitions (order amount, cash inflow, consumed revenue, refunds). Consumed revenue reflects delivered lessons, not contract value. Orders may be reversed upon cancellation or full refund. Paid subscriptions are billed as displayed or per separate commercial contracts. Organizations must ensure data accuracy and legal compliance.
7.4 AI Features
AI outputs (recommendations, predictions, generated text) are for reference only and do not constitute professional, legal, financial, or medical advice. Do not use AI to generate unlawful or harmful content. We may use de-identified data to improve models as described in the Privacy Policy.
7.5 Third-Party Products and Services
The Service integrates third-party cloud storage, SMS, payments, maps, push notifications, permission services, and other components. Third-party terms apply separately. We are not liable for third-party failures except where required by law. Organization-integrated plugins and APIs are at the organization's own risk.
8. User Conduct
You must not publish or transmit content that violates laws, infringes rights, contains malware, involves fraud, manipulates rankings, bypasses security, or disrupts the Service. Organization Users must operate within licensed business scope. Trainees must not cheat, impersonate others, or harass others.
We may remove content, warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts for violations. You indemnify us against claims arising from your breach.
9. Intellectual Property
All Software IP belongs to Hanxi or licensors. You retain rights to content you upload but grant us a license to use it as necessary to provide the Service.
10. Terminal Security
Protect your device and credentials. 【Anti-Fraud Warning】 We will never ask you to transfer money to personal accounts or disclose SMS/bank passwords. Verify through https://jcppc.net or coach_lv@jcppc.net. We are not liable for losses from fraud you fall victim to.
11. Third-Party Software or Technology
The Software may include third-party or open-source components subject to separate licenses. Disputes arising from such components are resolved by the relevant third party where applicable.
12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INTERRUPTIONS CAUSED BY FORCE MAJEURE, MALWARE, NETWORK FAILURES, USER ERROR, UNAUTHORIZED USE, OR THIRD-PARTY ISSUES.
WE DISCLAIM LIABILITY FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (IF ANY), EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
13. Changes, Suspension, and Termination
We may modify or discontinue the Service for business or legal reasons. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, legal requirements, or security needs. You may delete your account subject to our cancellation rules.

15. Governing Law and Disputes
This Agreement is governed by the laws of mainland China. Place of signing: Chengdu, Sichuan Province, PRC. Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation; failing that, submitted to a competent court in Chengdu.
16. Miscellaneous
We may interpret and amend this Agreement. Separate written commercial contracts with Organization Users prevail over this Agreement on conflicting commercial terms.
If the English version conflicts with the Chinese version, the Chinese version prevails.
