协议的接受 / Acceptance
本协议由您与成都瀚熙科技有限责任公司（以下简称"我们"）订立。本协议适用于我们开发和运营的所有移动应用程序（以下简称"本应用"），包括但不限于教练端（机构端）和学员端应用。
This agreement is entered into between you and Chengdu Hanxi Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our"). It applies to all mobile applications ("the App") we develop and operate, including but not limited to our Coach (Organization) App and Trainee App.
您在注册、登录或使用本应用前，应仔细阅读本协议。一旦您完成注册或开始使用本应用，即视为您已充分理解并同意接受本协议的全部内容。未成年人使用本应用应事先取得监护人的同意。
Please read this agreement carefully before registering, logging in, or using the App. By completing registration or starting to use the App, you acknowledge that you have fully understood and agreed to be bound by all the terms herein. Minors must obtain the consent of their guardian before using the App.
服务内容 / Services Offered
本平台面向培训机构、教练及学员提供以下服务：
The platform provides the following services to training institutions, coaches, and trainees:
- 机构与校区管理、员工与角色管理
- Organization and campus management, staff and role management
- 课程与课包管理、报名下单与订单管理
- Course and course-package management, enrollment, ordering, and order management
- 排课、签到、训练记录、技能等级与考核管理
- Scheduling, check-in, training records, skill levels, and assessment management
- 教练评价、社区互动、赛事参与
- Coach reviews, community interaction, event participation
- 在线支付、课消与财务统计
- Online payment, session consumption, and financial statistics
我们可能根据业务发展对服务内容进行调整，具体功能以本应用实际提供的为准。
We may adjust the scope of services as our business evolves; the actual features available in the App shall prevail.
账户与用户责任 / Account & User Responsibilities
您在使用本应用时承诺：
When using the App, you agree to:
- 提供真实、准确、完整的注册信息，并在信息变更时及时更新
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information, and update it promptly when it changes
- 妥善保管账号及密码，对账号项下的所有操作和行为承担责任
- Safeguard your account and password, and take responsibility for all activity under your account
- 在发现账号被盗用或存在安全隐患时，立即通知我们
- Notify us immediately upon discovering any unauthorized use or security risk affecting your account
- 遵守相关法律法规及本协议、本应用各项规则
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations, this agreement, and the rules of the App
禁止行为 / Prohibited Conduct
您在使用本应用时不得：
You must not:
- 发布违法、违规、侵权、虚假、低俗或其他不当内容
- Post illegal, infringing, false, vulgar, or otherwise inappropriate content
- 利用平台进行欺诈、虚假交易、刷单、洗钱等行为
- Use the platform for fraud, sham transactions, fake reviews, money laundering, or similar misconduct
- 未经授权爬取、抓取、复制或二次发布平台内容与数据
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute platform content and data without authorization
- 干扰、破坏本应用的正常运行或规避其安全机制
- Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the App or circumvent its security mechanisms
对于违反上述规定的行为，我们有权视情节采取警告、限制或暂停功能、封禁账号等措施，并保留依法追究责任的权利。
For violations of the above, we reserve the right to take measures such as warnings, feature restriction or suspension, and account ban, depending on the severity, and to pursue legal liability in accordance with the law.
知识产权 / Intellectual Property
- 本应用所含内容（不含用户上传内容）的著作权及其他知识产权归成都瀚熙科技有限责任公司所有
- The copyright and other intellectual property rights in the App's content (excluding user submissions) belong to Chengdu Hanxi Technology Co., Ltd.
- 用户上传内容的著作权归用户本人，但用户授予本平台全球范围内、免费、可分许可的使用权，用于平台运营与宣传
- User submissions remain the user's copyright; the user grants the platform a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use such content for platform operation and promotion
- 未经授权，任何人不得擅自使用、复制或传播上述受保护内容
- No one may use, copy, or distribute the protected content above without authorization
付费与退款 / Payment & Refunds
本应用部分服务为付费服务。下单即表示您同意支付相应费用。课包消费、退课退费按照本应用内公示的规则及您与所属机构约定执行。
Some services in the App are paid. By placing an order, you agree to pay the corresponding fees. Course-package consumption, course withdrawal, and refunds are handled according to the rules published in the App and the arrangements between you and your institution.
退款申请将按照对应流程进行审核，审核通过后原路退回。因您自身原因产生的争议，建议优先与所属机构协商解决。
Refund requests are reviewed through the corresponding process and, once approved, returned via the original payment channel. For disputes arising from your own circumstances, we recommend first resolving them through your institution.
服务变更与终止 / Service Changes & Termination
- 我们保留对服务功能进行更新、调整或下架的权利
- We reserve the right to update, adjust, or retire service features
- 重大变更将通过应用内通知或电子邮件方式提前告知
- Material changes will be notified in advance via in-app notification or email
- 若您违反本协议，我们有权暂停或终止向您提供服务
- If you breach this agreement, we may suspend or terminate the services provided to you
- 您可随时通过注销账户终止本协议
- You may terminate this agreement at any time by canceling your account
免责声明 / Disclaimer
在法律允许的范围内，对于因不可抗力、第三方服务、网络中断或您自身操作不当等非我们可控原因导致的服务中断或数据丢失，我们不承担责任。本应用按"现状"提供，我们不对其完全无误或持续可用作出超出法律规定的额外保证。
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for service interruptions or data loss caused by reasons beyond our control, such as force majeure, third-party services, network outages, or your own improper operation. The App is provided "as is", and we make no warranties beyond those required by law regarding its being entirely error-free or continuously available.
未成年人使用 / Use by Minors
本应用的学员相关功能可能涉及未成年人。未成年人应在监护人同意并指导下使用本应用。我们不会主动收集 14 周岁以下未成年人的个人信息；相关信息由其监护人或授权教练录入和管理。未成年人保护的详细说明请见我们的儿童隐私保护政策与隐私政策。
Trainee-related features of the App may involve minors. Minors should use the App with the consent and guidance of their guardian. We do not proactively collect personal information of minors under the age of 14; such information is entered and managed by their guardians or authorized coaches. For details on the protection of minors, please see our Children's Privacy Policy and Privacy Policy.
争议解决 / Dispute Resolution
本协议的订立、履行与解释均适用中华人民共和国法律。因本协议产生的争议，双方应优先友好协商解决；协商不成的，任何一方可提交成都市天府新区人民法院诉讼解决。
The formation, performance, and interpretation of this agreement are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from this agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, either party may submit the dispute to the People's Court of Tianfu New District, Chengdu.
协议的变更 / Amendments
我们可能会不时更新本协议。更新后的协议一经在本应用或本页面发布即生效。重大变更时我们会通过应用内通知或电子邮件方式告知。若您不同意变更内容，应停止使用本应用并可注销账户；继续使用即视为接受变更后的协议。
We may update this agreement from time to time. The updated agreement takes effect upon publication in the App or on this page. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email. If you disagree with the changes, you should stop using the App and may cancel your account; continued use constitutes acceptance of the amended agreement.
